How do I update my payment details?

To update your payment details such as adding a new credit card and/or removing an existing card, you must first be a member of your Organisations' Admin Group so you can access the Organisation section of the app.

  1. Log into PredictHQ.
  2. Click your profile image in the header.
  3. Click Billing.
  4. Next to your API or Web App Plan click Update Payment Method. 
  5. Here you can add your credit card details or select an existing card to use.
  6. Click Save Changes.

If you wish to delete a saved credit card, you can do this under the Billing Details section on the same Billing page.

  1. Click Manage Saved Credit Cards.
  2. Click Remove for the card you no longer need saved.
  3. Click Remove in the confirmation pop up.
