To update your payment details such as adding a new credit card and/or removing an existing card, you must first be a member of your Organisations' Admin Group so you can access the Organisation section of the app.
- Log into PredictHQ.
- Click your profile image in the header.
- Click Billing.
- Next to your API or Web App Plan click Update Payment Method.
- Here you can add your credit card details or select an existing card to use.
- Click Save Changes.
If you wish to delete a saved credit card, you can do this under the Billing Details section on the same Billing page.
- Click Manage Saved Credit Cards.
- Click Remove for the card you no longer need saved.
- Click Remove in the confirmation pop up.
