The best way to get in touch with us is to either send us a message through Control Center or via our website's Contact Us form.
To send us a message through the Control Center or Account Settings:
- Click the question mark icon in the header.
- Click Contact us - a side panel will open up.
- Click "Send a message"
- Type your message then add an attachment if you need to.
- Hit enter on your keyboard.
To send us a message through our website:
- Visit our website's Contact Us page.
- Fill out your details.
- Select a category for your message.
- Type your message.
- Click Send.
We aim to respond to any questions within 24 hours during normal business hours which are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (New Zealand time).
